SFM Holding SA (formerly Société Financière Mirelis SA)
SFM Holding SA (new corporate name) is an independent Swiss Finance Company, established in Geneva in 1949. For 60 years, SFM’s primary activity consisted in providing high quality financial services to its international clients in asset management, property finance and real estate participations. In 2000, all asset management activities have been united under Mirelis InvesTrust. Today, since January 2010, SFM represents a holding regrouping the financial interests of the Lawi family.

Mirelis InvesTrust SA - MIT
Founded in 1997 by the second generation of Lawis with the Kadoorie family, MIT encompasses the competence of the Group, concerning portfolio management, financial products and financial advisory. MIT offers its services to high networth individuals and families in the fields of Swiss private wealth management and financial engineering. MIT is a licensed security dealing institution, regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority - FINMA (previously the Swiss federal banking Commission - CFB). MIT is member of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers (SAAM) and a member of the Swiss Bankers Association (SBA). It conducts its business from Geneva where its head office is located. It holds Mirelis International Inc., Bahamas, a wholly-owned subsidiary. Since 1999, MIT holds an active participation in Monaco Asset Management SAM which stands now at 22.3%.

Mirelis International Inc.
Mirelis International Inc. (the Company) was incorporated on December 2, 2003 as an International Business Company under the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. The Company's registered office is located at Ansbacher House, Bank Lane, Nassau, Bahamas. Ansbacher (Bahamas) Limited provides administrative services to the Company and serves as its registered agent. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mirelis InvesTrust SA (MIT). Mirelis International Inc. principal activity is to act as professional investment advisor within the framework of a detailed investment process in screening the traditionnal funds and hedge funds universe to recommend a selection of fund managers with diversified strategies.

Monaco Asset Management SAM - MAM
Independent Wealth Management Company based in Monaco since 1999 - managed by Mr. Anthony Torriani – CEO, founder and shareholder. As a licensed financial institution and wealth management institution it is regulated by the Monegasque Banking and Finance Authority, Monaco. In June 2006, within the framework of an expansion policy, the shareholding was widened to include Messrs. Gian Luca Braggiotti and Patrice Pastor who became members of the Board of Directors. Mirelis InvesTrust SA, as a shareholder of the company, is represented on the Board by Mr. Solly Alain Lawi.
